Verified-network sourcing
Every supplier in the Monarch Luxe network is vetted by name — business registration, brand authorization, and trade references — before their inventory enters the catalog. Concierge pulls from that same vetted pool, so the operator never hands a customer off to an unknown vendor.
Two-stage inspection
An Entrupy-class third-party specialist and the in-house intake team both examine every piece on the way in; for Concierge orders the inspection is repeated at fulfillment, against the same condition scale used at intake. Surface, hardware, stitching, and interior are all re-checked before the parcel is sealed.
Authentication certificate handoff
A printed certificate ships inside the box: SKU line, inspector signature line, ship date, and a unique certificate number that can be verified at monarch-luxe.app/verify. The chain-of-custody dossier (intake → inspection → fulfillment → signature-required delivery) accompanies the parcel end-to-end.
