What we collect and who can see it.
Monarch Luxe collects the minimum data needed to operate the network: account identity, order history, support tickets. We do not track visitors across other sites, and we do not sell member data.
What we collect
Account email, login session, order history, and the support tickets you open. We do not collect billing information directly — payment is handled by Stripe and we see only the last four digits of the card and the billing country.
Where it is stored
All account data lives in the Monarch Luxe Postgres database on Render. Auth sessions use signed cookies in the same domain; the cookie purpose list is at /cookies.
Who can see it
Only the network operators and the merchant account the data pertains to. Our authentication partners see the certificate serial and the inspector who logged it — never the buyer profile.

Send a deletion or export request to the contact below; we acknowledge within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.
