How it works

What a verified Monarch Luxe parcel looks like, end to end.

Three flows carry one stamp. A buyer browses the catalog and receives a parcel with a certificate serial printed on the receipt; a verified Italian atelier applies through the public intake, clears the four-axis dossier rubric, and becomes a row on the makers directory; every piece carries the same chain-of-custody dossier, written by the inspector of record — never anonymized — and re-readable anytime through the /verify cert lookup.

Buyer purchase journey

From browsing the catalog to a white-glove parcel with a certificate on the receipt.

The buyer-facing path through the Monarch network, in three steps. Every step mirrors a concrete inspection stage the merchant desk already operates, so a first-time visitor reads the same vocabulary a returning customer has read on the receipt.

Step 1

Browse the curated catalog on /shop

Every piece on /shop is shown with the dossier stamp and the curator name attached — you see the lineage, the rubric axes, and the inspector record before you click.

Step 2

Third-party authentication at origin

Every piece is inspected by an independent verification house — Entrupy or Real Authentication — before it leaves the atelier. The inspector of record writes the chain-of-custody dossier, not the network.

Step 3

White-glove delivery, certificate on receipt

Signature-required shipping, parcel sealed with Monarch-branded tape, and a certificate serial printed on the receipt — re-key the serial anytime at /verify to read the inspector name, the tier, and the approval date.

Verified-supplier listing journey

How an Italian atelier applies, clears the dossier rubric, and appears on /makers.

The supplier-facing path through the Monarch network. Every curator on the network has cleared the same four-axis dossier rubric before the first SKU was listed — the rubric axes ride untranslated across the admin queue, the dossier email templates, and the /makers trust strip, so a curator and a buyer are reading exactly the same vocabulary.

  • Craft

Atelier craft, finishing control, and repeat-batch consistency — the rubric’s manufacturing axis.

  • Originality

Signature design language versus category tropes — the rubric’s design-distinctness axis.

  • Provenance

Story-of-origin clarity — house history, founder voice, archive depth.

  • Addressable catalog

Verified-piece breadth retailers can actually reorder.

The certificate

A certificate serial printed on every receipt — readable at the source.

Every piece carries a certificate serial written by the inspector of record — Entrupy or Real Authentication — and printed on the receipt the buyer keeps. The serial is the buyer-facing entry point to the chain-of-custody dossier: re-key it at /verify to read the inspector name, the tier, and the date the piece was approved to ship.

Take the next step

Browse the catalog as a buyer, or read the per-maker dossiers as a retailer — both read on the same inspection tier. The Monarch desk replies to every intake personally.
