These terms cover the public commitments Monarch Luxe makes about catalog entry, authentication, and delivery. They do not modify the partner agreement for any specific member.
What this network is
Monarch Luxe LLC is an invite-only program for verified suppliers and the merchants who carry the catalog. Membership is reviewed when it is opened, when a SKU enters the catalog, and when a shipment leaves the fulfillment center.
Verification tier
Every SKU in the catalog carries an authentication record naming the inspector and the date. The certificate serial prints on the receipt and can be verified at /verify. A returned item is re-inspected before any refund is released.
Delivery commitment
Parcels ship signature-required, with adult signature on Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, and Hermès. European and US delivery windows are stated at checkout and honored when customs documentation is complete.
Returns
The full return policy lives at /returns. Both windows (30-day US, 14-day EU) are honored on inspected stock; a refund is issued only after the returned item re-enters inspection.

Merchant fees and the supplier payout schedule are documented in the partner agreement and at /developers, not on this page; the agreement controls when the two disagree.
