Become a verified Monarch Luxe supplier

Share your atelier, your heritage narrative, and the contemporary signal you work in. The dossier rubric reads every submission.

The Monarch Luxe supplier desk reads every signup personally. Tell us where you source, share the heritage-lineage narrative that anchors your atelier, and signal the contemporary bracket your work sits in. Each submission is scored against the same dossier rubric the founder uses to rank the verified network — admin sees the per-axis score alongside your application when they read the queue. No documents required at this stage; if your atelier is a fit, a follow-up email from monarch-luxe@polsia.app carries the next step toward /apply.

How the dossier rubric reads your intake

Three field-groups feed the rubric — admin scores each one.

Each submission lands in the supplier-desk queue with the dossier rubric chip set. A submission that scores high on both axes joins the verified network; a submission that misses one axis gets a personal note with the specific rubric signal we need to score higher next round.

  1. Step 1

    Maker identity

Business name, contact email, country + region + city, primary product category, and an optional founding year. These are the rubric's identifying fields — admin uses them to route the inquiry to the right merchandising queue and to stamp the dossier-scored row.

  2. Step 2

    Heritage lineage

A free-form narrative — 80 characters minimum — about your atelier, the founding story, the family or house anchors, and the chain-of-custody you maintain. The dossier rubric scores heritage-fit on this narrative: multi-gen maison, established house, mid-gen atelier, independent atelier, young independent, estate curator, or unknown.

  3. Step 3

    Addressable-age signals

The contemporary bracket your work sits in — fashion-week, club-culture, dance-culture, runway, streetwear, plus the chips you select. The dossier rubric scores addressable-age on this surface so the simultaneous-constraint gate (both axes must fire) determines whether the submission reaches the top of the founder-review queue.
